Transfers

• Complete the form fully before adding the player to the Competition portal.
• Action as a transfer — do not cancel players unless instructed by the league.
• Payment: £8 per player, made by the incoming club via BACS. Reference format: Surname Age (e.g. Smith 12 for an under‑12).
• Incorrect or incomplete paperwork will be returned.

Inter‑club transfers

• Do not use Competition Portal.
• Email the Registration Secretary, post forms, and make payment.
• The Registration Secretary will remove the outgoing player and notify the club to add the player to the correct team on Competition Portal

De‑registrations

• Complete the form, return the card, and make payment.
• Do nothing on Competition Portal — the Registration Secretary will action.
• Payment: £8 per player, made by the de‑registering club via BACS. Reference format: Surname Age (e.g. Jones 12).
• Clubs must make payments (not parents or managers) to ensure accurate auditing.

Squad size rules

• The league may refuse transfers or de‑regs if the squad falls below the minimum as per age structure
• Maximum squad size = 20 players.
• Ensure any de‑reg or transfer is completed before adding new players.

Postage

• Ensure barcode stamps and correct postage.
